The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Our policy lasts thirty days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
