We have distribution centers as well as warehouses in Europe and in the USA.
Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing periods for each item.
Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock after your order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
